Who we are

Meet your Executive Partners. Stef & Mel.

Two working moms who have found a way to balance career and family by becoming virtual Executive Partners.

With over a decade of experience in their respective fields, these powerhouses offer a wide range of services to their clients, from administrative tasks to project management. They have found that working from home allows them to be there for their children while still pursuing their passion for helping others. They are highly skilled in multitasking, managing deadlines and possess a great attention to detail. They work with a diverse range of clients and have become experts in providing administrative and creative support to businesses of all sizes. Each of them share experience in the administrative field and have worked in industries such as oil & gas, healthcare, construction, non profit and tax preparation.

They are the ultimate balance of efficiency and flexibility, making it possible for them to take care of their families while building successful careers. Their passion for helping others and their drive to succeed make them a valuable asset to any team.

What’s an Executive Partner? Isn’t that just an Executive Assistant?

Yep, but better.

We really wanted to emphasize the idea of a collaborative and equal partnership between the executive and the assistant, as opposed to a hierarchical relationship where the executive is the boss and the assistant is simply a support staff. We prefer the term "Executive Partner" because let’s face it, we are an essential part of the executive's success and decision-making process, and we pride ourselves on being a trusted advisor and valuable contributor to the team.

Why should I hire an Executive Partner?
  • Cost-effective: Hiring a virtual Executive Partner is less expensive than hiring an in-house employee as it eliminates costs such as benefits, office space, and training

  • Scalability: An Executive Partner can easily be scaled up or down to meet the changing needs of the business, without the hassle of hiring or firing employees

  • Increased productivity: By delegating administrative tasks to a virtual Executive Partner, startups or small businesses can focus on core business activities, leading to increased productivity and growth

  • Improved efficiency: Executive Partners can automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes, improving overall efficiency and saving time
