We really wanted to emphasize the idea of a collaborative and equal partnership between the executive and the assistant, as opposed to a hierarchical relationship where the executive is the boss and the assistant is simply a support staff. We prefer the term "Executive Partner" because let’s face it, we are an essential part of the executive's success and decision-making process, and we pride ourselves on being a trusted advisor and valuable contributor to the team.
